Terms and Conditions For Our Training, Consulting  and Estimating Services

By purchasing professional services from InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net, you agree to the following policies and disclaimers.

You (‘customer’) agree to submit true and factual information. You also agree that all information submitted may be used for future contact by InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net. (Your information will never be sold, rented or given away to third parties.)

You (‘customer’), by purchasing training sessions, consulting services or estimating services,  acknowledge acceptance of these policies, guidelines and disclaimers, as set forth below.

Links or Site Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to links or to the site of InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

Billing/Payment for Services

InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net accepts payment via third party payment services, which accept all major credit cards. (payments are processed by Google Checkout, Amazon Payment services, Visa and Mastercard.) These transactions occur on a secure payment page.

If at any time you (the customer) feel uncertain that you are on a secure payment site, it is your responsibility to terminate the transaction before submitting personal information. Upon termination of payment processing, we ask that contact be made with Insuranceadjustertraining.net, via the supplied email or phone numbers to report such incidences.

Service Fees

NO additional service fees are associated with InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net’s site or training sessions. All fees for training and consulting are paid in advance. Estimation services clients will be required to make a 50% deposit before work begins. Attendees to non-web based training seminars may be allowed, in some circumstances, to pay for enrolled classes at the time of the seminar by money order, corporate check or cash.

All web-based training sessions, private lessons and consulting sessions must be paid in advance by credit card, money order or corporate check.

“Money back guarantee & refund policy”

InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net does not refund fees associated with training sessions, estimating services or professional consulting. If for any reason you (customer) are unable to attend a training session that has been purchased, you will be rescheduled for the next available training session. (or another convenient date in teh future)

In the event that InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net cancels or reschedules a training session, consultation or live event, you (the customer) will have two options: 1) reschedule for a mutually acceptable date  or  2) request a full refund.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend services, at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and or consequential damages, which may arise from Insurance AdjusterTraining.net’s training services. Furthermore, InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages resulting from the lack of Insurance-carrier-specific training.

All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.


InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net will not be held liable or responsible for issues relating to Insurance Carriers, Xactimate software or Xactimate Certification testing.

We do not guarantee that students (customers) will be able to pass Xactimate certification tests, upon completion of our training.

We do not guarantee that our training will result in any amount of earnings or increased profits. We do not guarantee that  you (the customer) will be able to obtain any type of employment, as a result of our services.

Xactimate software is owned by Xactware Solutions, Inc.; InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net is not ‘certified by’ or ‘endorsed by’ the software vendor.  We do not earn commissions or referral fees from Xactware Solutions, Inc.

You (the customer) agrees to download and use the third party software at your own risk. InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net does not warranty the software and does not offer support for the software.

Insuranceadjustertraining.net will not be held liable for computer problems, system ‘freezes’ or destruction of personal data caused as a result of  using  the third-party software, Xactimate. Use of the third party software is at the sole discretion of the ‘customer’ and You, the ‘customer’, assumes all risk.
