Training session Sign up
By signing up for a scheduled training session with Insurance Adjuster Training.net, you agree to the below policies and disclaimer. Upon signup for a webinar based training sessions, you agree to submit true an factual information. You also agree that all information submitted may be used for future contacts by Insurance Adjuster Training.net. You agree that upon sign up for web based training you will remit payment immediately at the end of sign up process. To do so you will be directed to one of two third party billing services at which time you will be asked to remit payment. If signing up for live training sessions you will have the option of paying in advance through our third party billing service or at the training Session before session start. You (enrollee), by signing up for any training sessions acknowledge acceptance of these policies, guidelines and disclaimer set forth..
Links or Site Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to links or to the site of Insurance Adjuster Training.net is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are held responsible for all information you submit.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.
Billing
Insurance Adjuster Training.net bills through a third party billing service if paying by credit card. We do not accept, hold or process any billing information for our enrollees. Only contact information is collected during sign up and will be utilized for contact purposes only. All billing is processed off of Insurance Adjuster Training.nets site by one of two payment processors and is secured by their site and their proprietary software. If at any time enrollee feels they are not on the proper secure payment site, it is their responsibility to terminate the transaction before they submit any personal information. Upon termination of payment processing we ask that contact be made with Insurance adjuster training via the supplied email or phone numbers to report such incidences.
Service Fees
NO additional service fees are associated with Insurance Adjuster Training.net’s site or training sessions. All fees for training are paid in advance before scheduled training classes start. Attendees to non web based training seminars will be allowed to pay for enrolled classes at time of seminar via credit card, money order or cash before training sessions begin. All web based training will session will be direct to payment at the end of the class sign up process.
Money back guarantee & refund policy
Insurance Adjuster Training.net does not refund fees associated with training sessions. If for any reason you (enrollee) are unable to attend a training session that has been enrolled for, all reasonable attempts to place you in the next available training session will be made. In the event that Insurance Adjuster Training.net cancels or reschedules a training session, it will offer to all parties enrolled, the opportunity to choose another scheduled training session or accept a full refund.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend services, at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and or consequential damages, which may arise from Insurance AdjusterTraining.net’s training. Furthermore, InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages resulting from lack of Insurance carrier specific training. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
Disclaimer
InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net cannot be held liable issues relating to Insurance Carrier or Xactimate Certification testing. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained based on the training provided. Software and programming used by Insurance Adjuster Training.net are not directly owned or written by InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net and are utilized by enrollee at their own peril. Moreover, InsuranceAdjusterTraining.net holds no responsibility for the use of such software or the results garnered by the use of such software.
Insuranceadjustertraining.net will not be held liable for any computer related crashes, freezes or destruction of personal data due to the use of the third party software that is being trained on. Use of third part software is at the sole discretion of the user/enrollee.
